When I left school in 2018, I set myself a clear goal: to become both a professional footballer and a business owner by the age of 30. That mission has shaped every step of my journey since.

Today, I’m the Founder and CEO of Eos Elite, and the Co-Founder and COO of Eos SportsCare, a company built to challenge the status quo in sports healthcare. As a professional goalkeeper, I’ve relied on medical sports tape daily for over a decade to stay injury-free. But I’ve also seen how expensive and inaccessible that essential product is for physios, therapists, and clubs across Ireland.

After years of hearing the same frustrations from professionals in the field, I decided to solve the problem. By leveraging the supply chain, technology and lean operations expertise from Eos Elite, we created Eos SportsCare to bring high-quality medical sports tape to market at a fraction of the cost, without compromising on quality or functionality. With Dr. Karl Fullam’s clinical expertise helping refine our product offering and Simon Feeney's deep knowledge of Irish sports club operations, we’re now saving clubs, physios, and healthcare professionals thousands of euros every year. We know the customer because we are the customer, and we’re here to help you cut unnecessary costs and keep your budget focused where it matters most.

Lorcan and Simon were the catalyst for this innovative new company. Having observed what they had done with EOS and through careful market research in the sports care market, EOS Sportscare was born. I can only say I'm privileged to have undertaken this new venture with Lorcan and Simon. Having observed what they have achieved in their early years, while balancing all of what they do outside of being successful entrepreneurs and businessmen, it stoked a fire in me.

Having been a joint owner in a successful physiotherapy clinic group and exited at the right time, along with many years working with elite level teams and some of the best backroom staff not only in Ireland but in the world, I was placed well to help make this project come to life. What did we see? A market, to bring the very best products to, while being under the microscope of a country renowned for producing some of the best Sports Physicians, Physiotherapists, Athletic Therapists and Sports Therapists in the world. If we could make this work here the sky was the limit. So from its beginning in a small office on the grounds of DCU in Ireland's capital, we are now proud to call our product the best on the market and not only the product, but the whole customer experience from first engagement, to arrival of product to arguably the most important point the application of our product, in elite athletes. We all put our name, resources and hard work behind this product. The feedback from inception spoke for itself. I've been involved in sports all my life. If there was a ball and a competition, I wanted to be part of it. From childhood to today, rugby has been my main passion, alongside spells in GAA and soccer. More recently, I’ve extended that passion beyond the pitch by joining my local club committee and growing my own performance-focused brand.

As a committee member, I understand the financial strain that medical equipment places on Irish amateur sports clubs. This behind-the-scenes perspective is complemented by my lifelong playing career across various levels, giving me insight into the importance of quality medical gear from both the player and committee standpoint. That’s why I joined forces with Lorcan and Karl, to create a more affordable, accessible solution for sports clubs across Ireland.

My passion, both on and off the field, is driving higher performance. A sports club faces many pressure points, and the last thing anyone wants is barriers to player welfare.
