Welcome to Eos SportsCare. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Eos SportsCare is a trading name of Eos SportsCare Ltd, registered in the Republic of Ireland. Our registered office is located at 25 Belgrave Square South, Rathmines, Dublin, D06 TW66, Ireland


2. Use of Website

  • By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Orders

  • All products listed on our website are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.


4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and contact you before dispatching your order.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through accepted payment methods listed at checkout.


5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders placed before 1 p.m. (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day, subject to availability.

  • We use DPD for next-day delivery in Ireland. Orders placed after 1 p.m. will be dispatched the following working day.

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Eos SportsCare is not liable for delays outside of our control.


6. Returns and Refunds

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at info@eos-sportscare.com. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.


7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Eos SportsCare or its licensors.

  • You may not reproduce, modify, or use our content without prior written consent.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • Eos SportsCare will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the products purchased.
