Shipping Policy – Eos SportsCare

At Eos SportsCare, we understand the importance of fast and reliable delivery for sports clubs, physiotherapy clinics, and individual practitioners. Our delivery service is built on efficiency, transparency, and our commitment to your performance.



Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We currently ship orders within the Republic of Ireland using DPD as our trusted delivery partner.

  • Next-Day Delivery:
    Orders placed before 1 p.m. (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day.
    Orders placed after 1 p.m. will be dispatched the following working day and delivered within 2 working days.

  • Order Dispatch Times:
    Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
    Weekend orders will be dispatched on the next available working day.



Delivery Charges

We offer free standard shipping on orders over €100/£100.
Orders under this threshold will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.



Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details from DPD. You can monitor your shipment and receive updates via DPD’s tracking portal.



Delivery Locations

At this time, Eos SportsCare ships to addresses within the Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom. If you are a practitioner or club outside Ireland and the United Kingdom and wish to place an order, please contact us at info@eos-sportscare.com



Missed or Delayed Deliveries

While we guarantee dispatch times, Eos SportsCare is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external courier issues, weather conditions, or incomplete shipping information. If you have not received your order within 2 working days, please contact us immediately and we will assist in resolving the issue.



Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing info@eos-sportscare.com with your order number and supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
