Eos SportsCare has made team and clinic orders easier than ever. Simply visit our Request a Quote page, fill out the required information, and upload a past invoice of your desired order. Once submitted, a member of our team will be in touch with a personalised Eos SportsCare quote, clearly outlining your savings and directions on how to order.
When you order you'll receive an order confirmation email. Click on "View My Order" which will take you to your order page on the Eos SportsCare website. Alternatively go to the Eos SportsCare website, click the profile icon in the top right corner and login to find your previous orders. Once you're in your desired order, navigate to address information and below/beside (mobile/desktop) this there is the heading "VAT Invoice". Click on the VAT invoice number below this heading to access your VAT invoice.
Eos SportsCare understands that clubs and clinics often have multiple practitioners across different teams and may also require committee input. That’s why we’ve designed our ordering process with a TeamShare feature, allowing all relevant parties to contribute, adding required products and completing payment with ease.
Simply copy the TeamShare link from your cart and send it to the appropriate individuals so they can add items or, if needed, complete the checkout on your behalf.
Our Eos SportsCare TeamShare feature is designed to make bulk and team purchasing easy and seamless. There’s no need for spreadsheets, emails, or waiting on others. Eos SportsCare is committed to providing a fast and efficient delivery experience. All orders are shipped via DPD using next-day delivery, starting from the time DPD collects your order from our warehouse. If you place your order before 1 p.m. on a weekday, it qualifies for free same-day dispatch, meaning you’ll receive it the very next day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. will be dispatched the following day, and delivery will take up to two days as a result.
